Dedication & Education Bonus is designed to reduce turnover and increase education in the field of child care. The program offers a bonus based on education to full-time child care professionals who have been employed in the same facility a minimum of five months.  The bonus amount for the DEB participant increases as the number of completed credit hours in Early Childhood Education increases.
