| Both Lenoir County Family Literacy and the Greene County Lucy Hart Hill Family Literacy are comprehensive programs designed to help families break the intergenerational cycle of illiteracy and poverty. Partnership funds help support the great work of these two programs. Eligible participants for the programs are parents who live in Lenoir and Greene Counties, have children ages one through seven, have not completed high school and do not have a diploma.
