More at Four is a high quality pre-kindergarten program for four-year-olds. The purpose of the program is to provide a quality educational experience for four-year-olds in order to prepare them for success in kindergarten. | |

| The More at Four program seeks to prepare children in each of these areas by utilizing teachers who are specially trained to teach four-year-olds, developmentally appropriate toys and activities, and curriculum designed for kindergarten readiness.
The Partnership for Children oversees several More at Four programs in Lenoir and Greene Counties. The programs are housed at private child care facilities, public schools, and Head Start.
Families must apply and be determined eligible based on guidelines provided by the state. The program is free for all families enrolled.

| Please note that in order to complete the More at Four application for your child, the child must turn four years old on or before August 31 of the current school year and you will need to provide the following information: |
