The Partnership for Children offers a variety of programs to meet the needs of young children, their families, and the local child care facilities who serve them. More at Four—High quality pre-kindergarten program for four-year-olds Child Care Resource and Referral—Helping families find quality child care Child Care Subsidy—Helping income-eligible families receive assistance paying for quality child care so family members may work or attend school Parents as Teachers—Home visits to families to provide parent/child activities, as well as local playgroups for children and their caregivers Resource Centers—Educational resources, children's activities and books available for checkout, as well as a die-cut machine, laminator, and art waxer available for use Family Literacy—Enabling parents to earn their GED or learn English while their children are close by in a quality child care program.
